Finance Team Lead, Account-to-Report, Global Services - NA Consumer at Johnson & Johnson in Titusville, NJ

Responsibilities:
This position will lead the Financial Accounting & Reporting responsibilities in support of the Account-to-Report (AtR) core responsibilities in working across all tiers of the organization in ensuring financial statements are accurate for the NA Consumer business. This position provides high exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to work closely with senior level management within finance and cross functional business partners. Manage and provide guidance to 2 analysts through key deliverables:
balance sheet management and reconciliation, Consumer royalty responsibilities, Annual Intangible Asset impairment testing, Consumer banking activities, and NA F/X hedging reporting and submissions. Lead quarterly CFO balance sheet reviews with a focus on key areas, large reserves, and potential risk. Provide insight and understanding of key balance sheet accounts, balances, and account content. Supports A&D and various Consumer strategic projects through collaboration with key stakeholders and timely execution of deliverables based on project strategy and milestones. Continue to lead and influence enhancements and automation to key deliverables by utilizing visualization and automation tools (i.e. Tableau, Alteryx, etc.). Collaborate with the business to enable work migrations into Global services. Ensure the strongest compliance to US GAAP and SOX activities and processes. Knowledge of key business drivers and strategies is critical for success and will be gained from establishing close working relationships with key business partners. Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required with a major in Accounting or Finance or another related field preferred. An advanced degree or certification such as MBA, CPA or CMA etc. is preferred. Minimum of 5
years Professional Finance experience is required Experience with Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, and TM1 is preferred. Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, influence decision making, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and work across multiple teams. Individual must work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with all levels of the organization. Other This position is in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 10% domestic travel.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
