The Digital Engagement Lead Analyst is responsible to engage in various digital solutions and capabilities programs to craft and implement digital engagement strategic programs. Leads innovation to transform external, scientific digital engagement and offer our customers easy and quick access to Janssen scientific evidence through personalized customer experiences. Responsible for a portfolio of projects related to digital customer engagement within Janssen Scientific Affairs and Medical Affairs under the direction of the Scientific Exchange Solutions (SES) management team responsible for same. The role of digital engagement lead will work cross-functionally to ensure the digital engagement capabilities will facilitate scientific evidence dissemination of Janssen's extensive product portfolio. Responsibilities:
Shape and serve as the Subject Matter Authority on digital capabilities within SES for Assigned Digital Engagement Project Portfolios Serve as a key business analyst to craft the business requirements and set strategic business priorities for projects collaborating with other SES, business and IT partners, including reviewing and approving project artifacts that support program execution as needed (e.g., User Stories, Tasks, etc.) Assist with vendor management of strategic vendor partners working with SES to craft and/or deliver strategic, digital capabilities for assigned projects Assess and benchmark the landscape of new technologies and trends to find opportunities that would improve customer engagement through strategic digital transformation Program/Project management and process development for assigned portfolio to ensure they result in the strategic outcomes expected and ensure effective program governance and execution Identify and partner with data owners and content owners across scientific functions to challenge the status quo and foster the digital-first transformation and scientific evidence dissemination strategies in support of assigned programs Build and manage program scorecards, tactics lists, project/release plans and continuous improvement activities in partnership with vendors and/or IT partners, with specific accountability to define and implement the business owned items within the plans Bring strong problem-solving skills, design thinking, communication and influencing skills to the work to challenge the status quo and ensure expected outcomes for the assigned portfolio of programs Lead operations for operationalized solutions and capabilities within the assigned portfolio of programs, ensure compliance and access to assigned operationalized capabilities, including participating in problem-solving and issue resolution as required Partner with IT and other SES or business partners on system upgrade projects as needed
Qualifications Education:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required. Bachelor's in computer science, information systems or business administration with requisite experience leading digital business capabilities programs/projects preferred. Experience and Skills:
5 years of professional work experience is required. 5 years of proven experience as a digital business analyst, working with omni-channel engagement or website design and operations to drive strategic business goals is preferred. Experience with, but not limited to some of the following, websites/web applications, site search, search engine optimization, virtual or remote engagement, immersive engagement capabilities, mobile apps, interactive visual aids, Health IT, etc. is preferred A proven track record in developing program/project plans and leading programs/projects from initiation to implementation is required. Project Management Certification is preferred. Ability to work with business partners and suggest alternative solutions that challenge the status quo and drive progressive outcomes for the business is preferred. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with ability to write communications for a variety of audiences is preferred. Ability to build strong partnerships with all levels across the organization, as well as to interact effectively with senior management and remote staff. Experience working in cross-functional agile teams to experiment, iterate, and deliver business goals and objectives is preferred. Understanding of regulatory and health care compliance regulations and guidelines for pharmaceutical manufacturers with regards to systems and process is preferred. Ability to independently prioritize and lead multiple programs/projects. Broad understanding of a variety of digital technologies and capabilities is preferred. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
