Responsibilities:
Responsible for crafting innovative patient experience strategies and tactics to solve the most complex problems impacting patients prescribed Janssen medications. As a Patient Experience Innovator, you are an integral member of a world-class team obsessively focused on improving the lives of patients suffering from chronic diseases including cancer, autoimmune, and pulmonary hypertension. Your mission will vary from the strategic - such as creating novel solutions to emerging challenges for prescribed our products - to the tactical - analyzing and enhancing existing patient experience programs. You have the courage to challenge the status quo and the conviction to win the hearts and minds of those around you. You will collaborate daily with professionals across the company to socialize and refine your ideas and bring them to life. No two days are the same. Qualifications Education BA/BS required Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Finance, Pricing and/or related fields is required - preferably within healthcare. People leadership experience preferred. Experience managing the legal, regulatory, and health care compliance landscape surrounding innovation in patient experience. Track record of connecting, shaping, leading, and delivering innovation. Curious and proactive analytically with the ability to translate information into insights and insights into solutions. Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities and competing stakeholders Ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment. Demonstrated strategic thinking Effective operating within a big picture orientation while also possessing an attention to detail. Interpersonal adaptability to communicate and facilitate effectively across the organization. This position is located in Titusville, PA and requires up to 10% domestic travel
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
