JSA Process Integration Leader The JSA Process Integration Leader is a manager who will partner with JSA scientific staff to drive the coordination of activities necessary to meet cross-Therapeutic Area financial operational objectives and timelines including serving as the primary Ops liaison with new Finance leader (identifying ways to optimize development and financial calendar planning), integration of financials in Gensight PMT (project management tool) upon set-up of research projects, lead metrics on behalf of JSA business for Latest Thinking initiative, partner with CSO SBI lead to ensure seamless BP preparation and role clarification for Ops, lead process improvement from JSA perspective for JNJ aCREW accrual system (expected vs actuals) and serve as primary liaison with aCREW Local Services Finance Group, lead Anaplan integration in JSA (identify JSALT leader role in financialreporting system and enable better forecasting by business leaders across JSA, partner with Finance & CSO SBI lead on process improvement in FTE planning & tracking, talent development, training of new leads associated with Global COVID Contact Call Center and specialized/curated Finance training for Ops talent (e.g., JNJ Finance 101; tax considerations for JSA) as well as support VP, RWVE on special projects with Finance and JSA LT. Interfaces with multiple partners related to execution of program activities. Interfaces with external vendors to obtain necessary information and drive to achieve results within set timelines. Must demonstrate the ability to operate in a matrix environment, and be experienced with cross-functional alliances. Able to think creatively, critically, and proactively, with strong problem solving skills. Collaborative and flexible in personal interactions at all levels of the company. Qualifications A minimum of 8 years direct financeexperience in the pharmaceutical industry is required. Advanced financialdegree/certificate is highly desirable, with significant experience in overseeing budgetary activities. Knowledge of sales & use taxes, and healthcare compliance environment in pharmaceutical industry is required. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities are necessary Bachelors' degreerequired; Advanced financialdegree/certificate is highly desirable. o A minimum of 8 years direct financeexperience in the pharmaceutical industry is required. o Significant experience in overseeing and managing JU and NU activities preferred. o Knowledge of healthcare compliance environment in pharmaceutical industry is required. o Strong analytical, process, and financial skills. o Strong understanding of company processes and systems, with end-to-end understanding of how all parts interact. o Works under self-direction. o Able to partner to create process improvements, business operations tools, and training materials. o Provides leadership and support to junior project coordinator(s). o Highly proficient in MS excel and other MS office suite, Tableau a plus.
