Role Summary The Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst will support all management financial reporting functions including actual, forecast, plan and LRP in both legacy and new system. Provide financial analysis on various projects related to achieve division and company goals. Implement and improve the consolidation, reporting and analysis systems to ensure the integrity of the financial data. Analyze and report on working capital metrics to achieve targets. Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities Provide a broad range of financial analysis to support the financial goals of the division. Support the NPD process for International including consolidating and reporting of actuals, forecasts, and plans from the subsidiaries. Track and monitor new products for monthly Stage Gate meeting. Be the key liaison between US Operations group and the subsidiaries to obtain and complete New Product Analysis. Own the process in tracking and monitoring Working Capital improvements from subsidiaries and GMG on a weekly, bi-weekly and quarterly basis. Partner with Operations Finance on reconciling inventory reports and costs for price, cost, profit structure analysis. Power User to Oracle EPM, PowerBI, BPC Finance and BPC iForecast. Liaise with IT (offshore and onsite) to provide support to solve production and maintenance issue. Support all management reporting functions including actual, forecast (PPRs), plan and LRP for the international division. Act as a key contact for BPC, GDW, iGDW, and Oracle EPM reporting and processes and partnering with IT. Lead report writer for BPC Finance, BPC iForecast, iGDW, and Oracle EPM Support the manager in BPC, iGDW and Oracle EPM implementation in testing, training, report writer/maintenance, and future phases Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EPM implementation on Data Validation, Metadata, and Reports Troubleshoots subsidiary data interfaces to BPC Finance, BPC iForecast, iGDW, and Oracle EPM Ensure integrity and adequacy of the financial reporting, consolidation and analysis systems Act as liaison/key point of contact between the subsidiaries and domestic/corporate functions on financial matters Education and Experience Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred) 5
years of experience in Finance or Accounting International and consumer experience a plus Skills and Competencies Strong financial modeling and analytical skills in all aspect of the business (P&L, B/S, Cash Flow, restructuring, investment analysis, etc) Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management skills Strong Excel, Power Point and Access skills and experience with PowerBI, Oracle, BPC, SAP, GDW a plus
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
