Summary:
The Distribution Operations Analyst reports to the Qorvo Sales Operations Director and is responsible for building a world-class Distribution Operations organization for Qorvo by defining, implementing, and managing best practice distribution processes, policies, tools, and procedures. Process and systems must be scalable and flexible to support all business requirements, ease of doing business, and a growing company. The ideal candidate has previous knowledge of Channel Data Management (CDM) processes and systems, is self-motivated and detail-oriented, with demonstrated strategic thinking, project management, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expert on Channel Data & Revenue Management systems and processes with in-depth understanding of processes around revenue recognition, forecasting, planning, sales rep commissions and other processes that depend on channel sales and inventory data. Maintain automation tools & own the Qorvo Channel Data Management (CDM) solution for channel sales data & commission processes (experience with Entomo or similar CDM strong plus) Monitor & maintain channel data integrity, quality and accuracy for all Entomo CDM business processes including sales rep commissions, design registration, ship & debit, price protection, scrap allowance, accurate POS and inventory reporting from Qorvo partners, and price book distribution Responsible for accurate weekly reporting & system resolve and quarter end activities related to Inventory and POS reporting Maintain checklist and KPI's to ensure compliance to standards and business processes are met Setup and manage access and security for Qorvo users, Distribution, Value-Added Resellers and Sales Rep Partners in Entomo CDM system Collaborate and work with different internal and internal stakeholders (sales, sales reps, distributors, sales operations, finance, planning, forecasting etc.) to ensure delivery exceeds expectations, refine service definitions and join the sales cycle as required Analyze existing channel processes and propose improvements and new methods to improve productivity, reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction Own and facilitate continuous improvement development proposals and change requests into approved Business Requirements and negotiate SOW's with system providers Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules and identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary to resolve issues affecting ability to deliver on expectations Stay on top of industry trends related to channel data management & automation tools and maintain Qorvo roadmap and plan for future enhancements and developments Provide analytics to Qorvo Sales, Management, and Finance teams to support efficient reporting and decisions for managing channel partners. Develop BI dashboards to provide access to real-time and accurate data for automated reporting. Ensure all Distribution Operations business processes are documented and up to date Provide training to internal and external users on Entomo CDM and related business processes as required Requirements:
MBA from premier institute (not required if candidate has substantial high quality experience) 3
years of experience of B2B channel sales, channel data management processes and automation tools preferably in semiconductor or technology sector Superior communication and analytical capabilities Business savvy - able to connect the dots across business functions and solid understanding of business processes Advanced knowledge and skills in Excel and sales report automation tools such as Tableau or similar Driven, self-starter, proactive, strong problem solving skills that can operate in a fast pace environment International and project management experience a big plus.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
