Job Description Janssen is committed to raising the bar on Patient Experience (PX), building a new center of excellence - the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization - that will create more personalized, seamless and supportive experiences for patients during their treatment journey. The Associate Director, Patient Experience (Px) Marketing, Pulmonary Hypertension will drive patient onboarding strategies as part of the end-to-end experience for patients prescribed Pulmonary Hypertension therapies. You will be a member of the Pulmonary Hypertension PX team, working closely with the PECS patient solutions teams and commercial excellence - to deliver, measure and optimize the patient journey, ensuring that more patients can start and stay on therapy. You will also work collaboratively with the brand marketing, access, and field teams to deliver a patient experience that delights the patient and supports business strategy and objectives. A Day In The Life Every patient's healthcare experience is unique - shaped by personal experiences and beliefs, the presence or absence of support networks, provider and payer dynamics, and socioeconomic factors. The Associate Director, PX Marketing, Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) works in service to our patients, as an advocate for their needs. Their day-to-day responsibilities include:
Px Strategy:
Assess Janssen PH patient on-boarding experience to identify unmet needs and drive strategy and initiatives to positively impact patient experience during their onboarding process Specialty Pharmacy Program Evolution:
Develop strategy for Specialty Pharmacy educational program evolution in partnership with Pharmacy Solutions team Communications and Training:
Lead communication planning efforts to drive execution of PX onboarding programs Customer-Centric Design Process:
Engage patients, caregivers, and providers in co-creating and continuously optimizing solutions; Own patient and program insight generation; Inform requirements for Px solutions Orchestration:
Lead cross-functional core teams and partner with brand marketing, patient marketing, channel management, pharmacy solutions, patient access and affordability solutions and data teams to improve inter-connectivity across our patient support programs, specialty pharmacies and healthcare providers Goal Setting, Measurement and Reporting:
Define and establish metrics and goals for PX on-boarding solutions. Report on PX performance through the use of dashboards, research and analytics resources Program Optimization:
Work closely with program owners in the PECS operations teams to identify and pull through opportunities to optimize programs Advancing Equity in Healthcare:
Advance health equity by uncovering disparities and developing strategies to support better treatment outcomes for underserved populations Culture:

Qualifications Education and work experience. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years of healthcare business experience; Experience in marketing, sales, patient services, market access, analytics, account management, or specialty pharmacy is preferred Experience in more than one of the areas below is required:
Services and/or customer experience marketing; Strategy development; Working across a matrixed organization; Experience with predictive models and machine learning; Digital marketing and/or CRM experience; change management and/or P&L management Communication. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to influence without authority. Relationship building. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record for forging strong, positive and productive relationships with a diverse array of customers and colleagues. Collaboration. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
