You will work closely with Engineering, Product & Design to understand requirements. The overall goal is to improve the quality of our products with continuous regression and exploratory testing. What you will be doing Write test cases for new features. Manually test new features and regression tests that are not automated. File issues and work with Developers/PM's to verify and fix bug issues. Kickstart automation framework for web (or BE APIs.) Have automation scripts for P0 regression tests. Building and owning the automation framework. Mentoring other QA Engineers for automation work. Routinely generate and communicate project QA test status reports. Create fully detailed bug reports. Review product backlog and understand the roadmap to determine QA priority while providing feedback. What you should have 6
years of experience testing high-volume consumer web applications. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, automation, and processes. Experience working in a start-up environment. Experience with Java, Ruby, Python, Angular and JavaScript. Experience working with a bug tracking software. Familiarity in Agile/Scrum development environment. Organizational skills to set, track and meet deadlines to deliver high quality deliverables. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities and be responsible for the execution of project tasks in a high- pressure environment. Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills both in person and Slack. Ability to work closely with teams of engineers, designers, product managers and other cross functional teams. Passion for learning new feature areas, tools and platforms. Is innovative, can simplify, and has relentlessly high standards.

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
