Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of services and capabilities that are core to Narvar's innovation. You will partner directly with our CTO and lead a team tasked with creating quick productized applications that work on the Narvar platform. Your team operates like a seed-funded startup typically owning products end-to-end along with engineering. That said, you won't be alone. Your team has ample funding and has a dedicated designer to make sure the products look great! Day-to-day Lead the planning of new initiatives including translating requirements into workstreams, and assessing and communicating delivery milestones. Collaborate with CTO to estimate, design, develop, debug and launch applications Translate business/customer requirements to technical solutions Set a high technical bar, driving continuous improvement of software design, coding, and quality practices Guide the team's continuous improvement of the planning and execution processes Mentor and grow your teammates Requirements:
Experience as a software engineer (including experience as a technical lead) and 2
years of people management experience 5
years of Ruby on Rails experience. 3
years of React or similar Javascript experience. 2
years managing technical architecture & design and leading initiatives from inception to delivery Bonus:
You like startups and have contributed to open-source Ruby projects even if it is just a small PR.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Engineering ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
