PECS is recruiting for an Associate Director, Patient Experience Marketing, Cardiovascular & Metabolism (CVM), located in Titusville, NJ. The Associate Director will play a critical role in shaping strategy and transforming Janssen Select into Janssen's first e-commerce platform. A Day in the Life Every patient's healthcare experience is unique - shaped by personal experiences and beliefs, the presence or absence of support networks, provider and payer dynamics, and socioeconomic factors. For many patients, the decision to start or stop a treatment is overwhelming. Janssen recognizes this, and wants to create an experience that is personalized, helpful, and hopeful. Day-to-day Responsibilities include The Associate Director, Patient Experience Marketing works in service to our patients, as an advocate for their needs. Accelerate the growth of Janssen Select, an innovative patient affordability support program, by identifying and addressing barriers to patient awareness, activation, enrollment, and dispense Lead the positioning, messaging and resource development for consumer awareness of Janssen Select through digital assets Analyze data to inform business development and digital campaigns, drive CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns Test, learn and scale innovative approaches, requiring close collaboration with internal and external vendors to design, plan, and deliver various pilots with clear measurement plans for impact Acting as a liaison between the IT and CRM teams to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns Build strong alliances with Patient Access Solutions, Supplier Management & Operational Excellence, Privacy, Legal, Healthcare Compliance, Commercial Excellence, Technology, Communications, Agencies, and other key business partners Make strategic recommendations for investment and manage budget to commitments This is not an exhaustive, comprehensive listing of job functions. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree 7 years of business experience is required 2 years of marketing or marketing support (market research, analytics, technology, etc.) experience Must have excellent skills in communication, cross-functional alignment, and influencing without authority. Demonstrated success in strategic and business planning, business results, and influencing large/diverse teams without direct authority Demonstrated track record of strong leadership capabilities with ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment Must be creative and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen Must have a working knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing that includes FDA, regulatory, legal environment and reimbursement Must have both big picture orientation and attention to detail. Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, thought leadership, accountability, and willingness to take smart risks - measuring and optimizing based on results. Must have entrepreneurial spirit, high change agility, and customer-centricity Exhibit comfort working in white-space Demonstrate a self-starter mentality with a track record of challenging the status quo, delivering results, influencing others and overcoming resistance Preferred
Experience:
MBA 1 year of prior experience in Managed Care/Market Access Prior management consulting experience
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
