Adtalem, a leader in higher education, is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to join its Global Marketing Team. In this role, you will oversee our A/B Testing and Website Optimization efforts. You will oversee the team that manages all web optimization efforts for all of Adtalem's web properties. You will own the strategy, execution and reporting for all testing operations for all of our schools (Chamberlain, Walden, Ross & American University of the Caribbean). You will collaborate with all stakeholders including product managers, designers, engineers, analysts and other related teams in order to deliver desired outcomes. To be effective in this role, you will need to stay close to user preferences and behaviors, remain up-to-date on the latest technologies and Adtalem's competitive landscape. Responsibilities Set the strategy and prioritize the testing the testing plan, including our test backlog and testing plan via our A/B testing platforms Oversee our creative and CRO agencies to ensure flawless execution of the test Coordinate with our analytics teams to pull together and share test results, insights and go forward test plans Retain and enhance a history of test results and learnings Provide feedback and input on friction points and potential improvements to our user experience for our students to improve their experience and Adtalem's results #LI-AS1 Qualifications 5-7 years of Digital Marketing / E-Commerce 2
years direct experience in AB or Multi-Variant testing Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year accredited college or university in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required skillset to succeed in this role Experience leading and managing a team and collaborating with stakeholders and other external parties to achieve desired results Strong attention to detail Strong analytical skills Strong collaboration Strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to thoughtfully identify challenges and solutions Ability to excel under pressure and tight deadlines, in an uncertain environment EEO We are proud to be an EEO employer M/F/D/V. $100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
