The Product Director, HIV, Market Access and Customer Experience & Engagement, will lead SYMTUZA brand and market access strategies that enhance the overall payer and provider experience. The Product Director will be an integral leader of the Market Access and Customer Solutions workstreams with significant collaboration across the HIV brand team, SCG (Strategic Customer Group), Market Development Managers (MDMs), and PECS (Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions). Key Responsibilities Include:
Work with SCG and MDM teams to uncover, collect, and share customer/market insights. Translate and incorporate customer insights into strategies and tactics. Develop SCG and MDM field resources to support the overall execution of the plan. Serve as a critical team member to coordinate and support the annual market access readiness (MARR) strategy. Co-lead the annual Market Access strategy (MARR) and contribute to the Brand business planning (BP) process. Co-lead the HIV portfolio strategy and plan for the upcoming PREZISTA LOE. Coordinate with Commercial Excellence (CE), PECS, Brand Partners, and field teams to develop and implement the HIV customer engagement strategy, including fulfillment funnel-related activities. Partner with external partners and the MDM team to conduct annual advisory boards with key population health decision-makers and develop. The Product Director will work closely with multiple functions, including Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Commercial Insights & Strategy, Medical Affairs, Communications, SCG, Value, and Evidence (V&E, PECS, Legal, Regulatory, Health Care Compliance (HCC), other key business partners and outside agencies. Collaborate and build strong alliances with Real World Evidence (RWE), Commercial Excellence (CE), and Health Economics and Clinical Outcomes Research (HECOR) teams to develop clear brand value propositions for SCG customers. Contribute to a Janssen BRAVE culture, supporting collaboration/team spirit, innovation, and personal development as part of the ID marketing team. This PD will have one direct report and will have to effectively manage the PM who is responsible for Market Access pull-through initiatives. This is not an exhaustive list of job responsibilities. Qualifications B.A. or a B.S. degree is required, and an MBA or an advanced degree is helpful but not required A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, including a minimum of 2 years of marketing. Market Access skills and experiences are preferred. Infectious Disease experience is preferred but not required. The ability to be creative, enthusiastic, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental. Demonstrate excellent leadership and social skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to be successful. Experience in managing multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment, and driving decision-making are crucial to the success of this position. Must have excellent skills in communication, cross-functional alignment, and influencing without authority. Must demonstrate intellectual curiosity and willingness to take smart risks - measuring and optimizing based on results. Must be a self-starter with a track record of challenging the status quo, delivering results, and earning followership. This role is based in Titusville, NJ, and requires up to 25% domestic travel. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
