The Intelligent Automation Manager, leads the strategic platform and services enabling advanced analytics, visualization, and AI-based intelligent automation across Janssen R&D. The company is strategically looking to differentiate itself in scientific research and development operations by improving the utilization of internal and external data to drive insights and automation opportunities. As part of this strategy, this role focuses on analytical visualization, artificial intelligence, and cognitive automation strategy and delivery across the Janssen R&D IT project portfolio. This role is responsible for developing a platform strategy, driving platform technology investments, supporting business project delivery and the development and scaling of services to support the organization's growing analytics and intelligent automation Job Duties:
Leads the strategic platform and services enabling data science and intelligent automation across Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals Research & Development (R&D). The company is strategically looking to differentiate itself in scientific research and development operations by improving the utilization of internal and external data to drive insights and automation opportunities. Focuses on artificial intelligence, machine learning and cognitive automation strategy and delivery across the Pharmaceuticals R&D portfolio. Enabling business and robotic process automation capabilities to support therapeutic (Vaccines, Oncology, Neuroscience, Infectious Diseases etc) and functional areas (Global Medical Safety, Regulatory, Scientific Affairs etc) needs. Responsible for developing a platform strategy, driving platform technology investments, supporting business project delivery and the development, and scaling of services to support the organization's growing intelligent automation demand. Enable business partners to demonstrate data assets to drive artificial intelligence, machine learning and digital automation to optimize business operations and enable research driven insights within Janssen R&D. Identify and deliver technology-based business solutions. Drive direct business benefit measured by cost, quality and/or compliance to business partner functions primarily in R&D. Qualifications Requirements:
Employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (Applied), Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field, followed by 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation. Position requires:
5 years of experience in machine learning platforms, such as TensorFlow and Pytorch and Pandas and XGBoost and LSTM and Scikit-Learn and BERT embedding is essential. Technical knowledge in:
natural language processing, machine learning, neural networks, knowledge graph, predictive and prescriptive analytics and computer vision required; 7 years of experience in Solution Architect programming languages - Java and Python and C and C++; Experience in Data Management tools for Data Quality, Master Data Management and Data Analytics such as Ataccama and Informatica MDM and Tibco Spotfire and QlickSense; Experience leading complex cloud based computing initiatives and entailing solution deployments at a global scale on platforms such as Cloudera and Amazon Web Services and S3 and RedShift and Amazon RDS Store and ALB; Experience in developing and designing BigData solutions such as Hadoop and Spark and No SQL databases - Dynamo DB and MarkLogic; Experience leading enterprise caliber platform deployments (utilizing technologies such as Sagemaker and H20.ai and DataRobot and Domino Lab and Kubeflow is required; Knowledge and experience in Pharmaceuticals Research & Development pipeline- Discovery Sciences, Non-Clinical Safety, Therapeutic Research, Clinical Development & Operations, Regulatory, Global Medical Safety; with specialization in at least three areas; At least 5 years of hands-on technical knowledge of data science platforms and software technology, knowledge of business process and business strategy, experience working across multiple levels of an organization, leadership skills, creating context around key business drivers and strategic plan; and Education or experience in Applied Mathematics or related field with a focus in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence. Some travel (10%) may be required to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States and internationally.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Data Science & Machine Learning, Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
