As the Senior Solutions Architect, you will work to help scale and improve efficiencies via processes and technology and helping 360 align their goals through data. You will be responsible for assisting in the establishment of an IT Software Architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology. Stand out and stay on track:
Develop solution design, architecture, and scope documentation for complex SaaS implementations Lead business requirements workshops with customers - develop and deliver content to guide clients through the solution definition process Define high-level steps to specify all aspects of implementation Provide technical guidance to the Project Manager on scope definition, implementation process, integration and configuration of the solution Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure customer requirements are met Engage with technology partners to maximize joint solution value Develop and define best practices for solution design Mentor and support Solution Consultants and Project Managers What will make you a success? years as a solution architect or technical project manager for SaaS B2B applications. Experience with enterprise architecture, conducting requirements workshops, design thinking and solutioneering. Proven ability to manage dynamics of client business and IT teams within projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills to include technical and business concepts. Understanding of SSO and integration solutions. CRM and/or Marketing Automation Platform experience, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics Admin experience preferred. General understanding of Partner Relationship Management within the Tech B2B market. Passion for technology, problem solving and cross-functional collaboration. Why 360? $100K -- $150K
