Sr. Manager Omnichannel Operations

The Sr. Manager Omnichannel Operations, reports to the Director, Omnichannel Operations within the Customer Engagement and Digital Transformation team. The Senior Manager will support the establishment of the Omnichannel Operations function within Janssen and will drive development and execution of omnichannel programs, including shaping end-to-end process design, leading digital and agile campaign development and implementation, and executing day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Marketing, Advanced Analytics, agencies, and other internal and external partners in the pod team to plan and implement key aspects of omnichannel campaign design (audience identification, channel and content optimization, journey building etc.) and execution, leveraging relevant marketing technology tools (e.g., marketing automation, campaign builders) Oversee A/B testing to assess campaign impact and refine and personalize campaigns via agile sprints Develop and execute performance management dashboards using BI tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau), analyze and report key metrics, and leverage insights to recommend strategic changes as necessary Coordinate with content approval team to ensure compliant and appropriate promotion while clearing roadblocks Manage and tag content stored in digital asset management tool Liaise with Sales Operations and Medical Affairs Operations teams to ensure appropriate integration and execution in delivering optimized customer experience Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree or MBA preferred 5 or more years of experience in the digital marketing required Pharmaceutical industry or related fields preferred 5 or more years of omnichannel or other relevant experience, including use of agile process design preferred Previous working experience with marketing technology tools (e.g. marketing automation, campaign management systems, digital asset management) and BI/ data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Whiz.AI) Ability to lead projects in a complex business environment Excellent leadership, communication, project management and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels, facilitate change and influence and lead within cross-functional teams Previous experience managing and developing direct reports Supervisory

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
