Director Np And Bd Immunology

The Director, NPBD, Immunology,  responsibilities will include: Lead the US Immunology Regional Core Strategy Team (RCST) in providing aligned cross-functional input to compound strategies, clinical development plans and stage gate decisions for Immunology products in development,  including registration studies and indication sequencing.Lead US Launch readiness plans for Janssen's Immunology compounds in development prior to creation of an in-line marketing team. Represent US on Global Commercial Teams (GCTs.)  Ensure US commercial insight drives competitive Vision, Target Product Profile and Value Proposition.Support US RCST input into the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) on Disease Area Stronghold strategy,portfolio prioritization and positioning of our Immunology pipeline.Develop comprehensive commercial assessments of external late-stage Business Development opportunities to expand Janssen's leadership in Immunology.  Lead ongoing refinement of US marketlandscape and buying process for new disease areas of interest (ex: SLE, Sjogren's Syndrome, Celiac Disease, etc...), including development of value framework and preliminary pricing. The individual must have demonstrated the ability to successfully collaborate and achieve alignment in cross-functional teams and with senior management.   This individual must have a demonstrated track record of leadership in garneringsupport, driving to decisions, and successful execution. The individual must be skillful at project management, with capacity to handle multiple projects.  This individual should possess learning agility and intellectual curiosity. Key Competencies:   Strategic thinking with an attention to detail. Strong communication skills Good understanding of US healthcare landscape and evolving trends Understanding of the Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Promotional  environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree required.  A minimum of 9 years' experience in the pharma industry is required.  Experience in either Sales, Marketing, New Business Development, Strategic Marketing, or Clinical / Medical Affairs is required.  Sufficient business/market experience and industry knowledge to influence cross functional decisions and strategies is preferred.  The ability to provide succinct & insightful communication to drive decisions is preferred.  Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred.    Immunology (Rheumatology, Gastrointestinal, Dermatology) experience preferred. Experience working with R&D, medical affairs, global marketing, in-line marketing, market access and pricing preferred. Ability to develop strategy and build comprehensive business case for new opportunities including market overview, analytics, forecast development, commercial resourcing preferred. Ability to understand clinical studies and develop technical knowledge as needed is required. Ability to understand and be able to analyze financial statements is required. 8605181130
